Brain and Spine Problems

I had my mri brain and cervical spine done.. post covid all these symptoms have started.. bp, thyroid normal.. went for mri brain and cervical spine.. attached are the findings. My symptoms are chest pain, pulsations from head to upper chest (it is more when I lie down) rarely headache with on and off eye pain..

Description :- From a past few days I am feeling numb in the left side of the body specially hand on random occasions. And now from past two days I started feeling burning sensation beneath the left side of the scalp. What could possibly the reason?

Sir/madam, My grandmother aged about 80 years is complaining of pain in the upper joints of the legs starting from early in the morning which slowly decreases till 11 in the morning. 1- numbness in left hand from neck to pinky finger since 2019 March 2- nerve pain in left leg from back-hip- toe...for very long time I didn't take any treatment or any diagnosis... except a physiotherapy only for 1 month... Pain is continuous and numbness too Please HELP I have cold sore too... herpes simplex type 1...it may help u in diagnosis
