My MRI Report mentions " Old infarct - glitoic area is seen in the right corona radiata with mild ex-vaccuo dilatation of right frontal horn" What does it mean?

I am feeling pressure in my left scalp(centre side from up to low) since 1 month. I use too much phone and laptop. The location of pain is shown in the picture attached. A bit backwards from the picture is the pressure

I am feeling intense pressure on my left side of scalp all the time since 15-20 days. There is a bit pain also sometimes for 4-5 seconds and then goes away. There is no other symptom except that i see hazy from left eye(I wear spectacles).

I had taken Covishield vaccine 19 days ago...I have been feeling a tingling sensation sometimes and weakness in right legs... Sometimes for a second I feel like a sensation in some other parts of body like chest, arms, neck.... I have been taking Neuurobion Forte.. should I worry about it? Will it resolve through the medicine? What do I need to do?

Hi, I took 2 cycles of chemotherapy for adenocarcinoma lung. First time my left hand veins got swollen. Next time right hand. I see both hands are swollen. Doctor advised to keep icepack and Thrombophomb gel to apply. I am doing daily 2 to 3 times. I am not seeing any improvement. I am scared now that my next chemo cycle is nearing and I don't have both hands ready for iv. Is there any other quick healing solution for this. Thanks in advance.

I had my mri brain and cervical spine done.. post covid all these symptoms have started.. bp, thyroid normal.. went for mri brain and cervical spine.. attached are the findings.
