Brain and Spine Problems

Headache from 4 to 5 days no relief from the painkillers. It turns worse during night time and the pain is unbearable.

I am facing problem with my memory. I am unable to remember anything.even I try to recollects the things getting headache.

In N8 sleep due to cold feels urine so come to toilet then during urination midway stop, head lightness, then fainted on ground. This has happened twice in 4-5 months in N8 shift duty. In class 10-12 same during n8+sleep+toilet>fainted. Around 4-5am. Then bp checked 120/78.

I have a problem of morning headache since last 6 months my headache will start daily at around 4am and last till around 9am whenever i take pain reliever like nimesulide next morning i won't get but this is keeps on continuing please suggest the cause and treatment for this.

I am getting sudden pin or electric shock pain in arms or legs only for 2 or 3 mins.My Nct is normal,mri cervical neck and spine screening is normal.All autoimmune blood tests are normal.

Feels like a fluid flow when get my head down. Taking medicine from yesterday . 1. BETACAP 2. TRYPTOMER. I m adviced to take betacap one tab in morning for first week and 1/2 tab of Tryptomer on night. After that betacap one in morning and one in night and Tryptomer in night also. Q. I want to know after one week can I take betacap and Tryptomer both together at night or I should make some gap of 1 hr or more? Q. Can I drink milk or eat anything after taking betacap and/or Tryptomer in night?

Hi Doctor, My mother is diagnosed with hsv1 and she is in unconscious state from 8 days how much time it will take to come in concious state.
