Dizziness while standing up
Whenever i lay for some time and then suddenly stand up i feel dizzy in my head and loss of balance and lighthead for few seconds. Heaviness behind the head also. My pressure heart brain everything normal. Had ct scan done of brain when i started feeling pulling behind head and heaviness in head and neck. I was diagnosed with loss of cervical lordosis and cervical spondolitis. Can this be the reason for dizziness while getting up. Will i faint sometime while getting up

Unlikely due to cervical issue.
What you describe here looks like a syncope.
Consult Neurologist in person.
Need to do a tilt table test and further more test.
