Brain and Spine Problems

Had my Covishield vaccine in start of June. Since last week or two, my body vibrates when trying to sleep. The vibration are sometimes not visible. Today while trying to tak a short nap in the morning I got the same vibration without movement but couldn't move myself for few seconds. Tried to shout but couldn't. Is it because of anxiety or vaccine?

I have right side back pain, pain on side abdomen, numbness in 2 fingers in foot, side calf and thighs. It increases when I sit for more than 5 minutes. Consulted orthopedist. But problem persists. Which doctor should I consult?

Hi doctor. I use have to have headache on right side of my head which covers my neck, face, jaw, eye, shoulder and arm. I'm having this problem since 4 years. Nowadays it's regular, for sometimes It will go off but If use my right hand and put any hair accessories or earing on my right ear it start aching and the pain is too much and doesn't go easily. Before 1 week i visit a ent doctor , i have small pinhole in left ear , sounds r coming and head spinning sometimes muscles cramps legs and my legs knee to feet ...so doctor give one ear drop he told me too consult to a neurologist ..past 5 years i have detect with hypotyrodism ...cold test so i visit a general physician doctor give me some test then again i visit a same doctor  prescriped me tyronorm 25 + one other tablet related allergy name i forgotton the name of tablet 6 months . . ...
