Brain and Spine Problems

I had anxiety and breathing problem. Pulmonologist suggested that I'm having hyperventilation condition. So, I was on medication. Now, breathing problem is very much controlled but I am feeling Brain fog from 15 days. I am not able to focus on studies, feel numbness in the head on most part of day. Not able to think properly. Please suggest me what should I do.

I had got up at night due to tingling on arms and legs and my left hand fingers and left leg toes are feeling slight pain and my body felt a little heavy due to this when I got up. I had got vaccinated with covishield 12 days back is this due to that and I have been feeling tingling with pin and needles in my left leg from past 3-4 days. Please help.

Sir/madam, My grandmother aged about 80 years is complaining of pain in the upper joints of the legs starting from early in the morning which slowly decreases till 11 in the morning. What maybe the cause of the pain? Please suggest medication. She is having diabetes since 30 years. Medicines taken at present are vildagliptin, voglibose, thyronorm, teneligliptin, alprazolam, mirtazapine, Clonazepam + Escitalopram Oxalate. She has allergy to the following drugs; Penicillin Ibuprofen Aspirin Diclofenac sodium Analgin(Metamizole) Phenylbutazone Metoclopramide

CT Scan report is chronic lacunar infarcts seen in bilateral corona radiata extending into lentiform nucleus

1- numbness in left hand from neck to pinky finger since 2019 March 2- nerve pain in left leg from back-hip- toe...for very long time I didn't take any treatment or any diagnosis... except a physiotherapy only for 1 month... Is there a surgery by name side wall surgery or brain joint surgery for so neuron patients? Because previously I was advised to go for a neuro surgery.
