Dizziness with vomiting
Suddenly My mom having dizziness with vomiting  from last 6 month.now it will increasing frequently and also feeling gas, indigestion, acidity from last 6 month. I  attached MRI of brain.plz suggest what it is ?

MRI is grossly okay. Does not explain the said symptoms
