Brain and Spine Problems

I am having numbness of head and face from last 4 days and mouth ulcer today kindly suggest me what to do

I am having  nerve deafness where my heearing nerves of both ears are damaged since last 16 years following a disease and intake of inj streptomycin/amikacin.. before that hearing was normal. now with hearing aids alao , problem exists and degree of loss progressed since the beginning.. audiologist has suggested that apart from the hearing aid, to strengthen the ear nerve, and to reduce further worsening,, vitamins  and antioxidants should be taken as per doctor advice... now which vitamin antioxidant to take ... please suggest and if any treatment

Severe back pain, unable to do work for a longer time frame. Gets exhauseted and breathlessness after even household work.

I have been experiencing a kind of headache in which i feel like something is pressing my head from both the sides and i feel a big pressure and vibration kind of pain on the forhead from the time I wake and and till the time i go to sleep.
