Please help to suggest if Surgery is feasible? Patient age - 63 yrs, Bed ridden, suffering from Urinary Incontinence and Retention. Also suffering from SCA12 (SpinoCerebellar Ataxia 12). PFA Cervical Spine & Lumbar Spine MRI Reports. Following is the given summary comprises main points. Cervical Spine - Reversal of lordotic curvature noted. Cervical spinal Canal narrowing, maximum at C4-C5 level measuring 4mm. Cervical cord shows subtle altered signal intensity at C4-C5 level, suggestive of Myelopathy. Lumbar Spine - Straightening with loss of normal lumbar lordotic curvature noted. Spinal canal narrowing at L4-L5 level measuring 6mm.
