Paralysis after accident
My mom had right side paralysis after accident.
After physiotherapy now she can walk with stick but hand movement not done.. what treatment given to her now.. here some recent report of last mri and when accident was done at 2019. . She will recover or not fully.

There is some form of brain injury
She may / may not recover completely depends on the treatment given
I would suggest do not stop with physio . If stopped start again gradually and progress to see till what extent she can perform her daily activities normally
