If anything happens and any songs playing I thinking about song and something running in my mind what to do negative thoughts coming what to do doctor come out of this

When stress level increases suddenly out of the box then there is burning sensation starts in right hand then if at that time stress continued to increase then burning sensation starts increasing from right hand forearm to wrist to left hand then right legs and there is pain and at that it is difficult to use thst hand and leg at full capacity ,creates difficulty in walking or while eating through hands
