Brain and Spine Problems

Hi doctor j am 27 old, from last 1 year i am having bronchitis along with sudden feeling of spinning and loss of control with shortness of breath. I saw ENT doctor, he prescribed some anti histamines, but it resolves only till i am taking medicines then come back. I smoke and drink daily. Can you suggest if anything major?

Kindly advise me a specialist for treating spondylosis and complete quere, suffering a lot with it,need perfect solution

We are from Kannur, Kerala state. In a Hospital in Kannur, my father aged 76 undergone a Bypass operation.  14 days after Bypass operation,  patient suffered cardiac arrest in the hospital room itself on 06/12/2021 Monday early morning at 3 oclock and after 8 minute CPR pateint taken to ICU. 72 hours after Cardiac arrest an MRI was taken and the report is attached herewith. My son  is 1.6yrs old n he is under medication of fits diagnosed in aug 2021..he is taking zenoxa , frisium,brivazen ,vitcofol ..can i give him flax seed oil...for brain development n good health ..he is also suffering from constipation...flax seeds r good laxative so i wanted to give him this ...is it ok with these medicines ...

I am having limb girdle muscular dystrophy past 15 years..can walk slowly with support..last year i found using glucometer that my sugar levels are high...i am currently taking glycomet gp2 one before breakfast and one before dinner...is the dose too much for me...my reading of fasting comes 125 with medication....i really feel dizzy and lack of energy...also before, during and after periods i feel totally lack of energy..cant get out of bed.. please guide me.. thanks..
