Brain and Spine Problems

My friend has been hospitalised  in pune due to road accident. Attach is his Ct scan report for your reference. Pls. Go thru it. I want to know whether anything is serious? Or curable and no need to worry. Pls help.

Having pain as cervical pain from neck to toe, pain is circulating from neck, low back, knee and foot. She has taken so many medicines but nothing worked.please suggest.

I am suffering by b12 deficiency. Since 4 months. And often i am facing shortness of breath. Is this due to low b12 of something else

This is Goutam Santra age 31 From Kolkata , I have anxiety,fear, paniking from my childhood, I felt some time dizzy and light headed also, so 5.5 year ago I went to a nurologist, who suggest me 1.betacap tr 40(propranolol) 2.Zaptra12.5(paroxitine+clonazepam) 3. Blood tests and Brain MRI Then the Blood reports ware normal, but he found some small spot on left besal ganglia ( he said it's from my childhood) So he also suggest clopitab 75(clopidogral) In that time my tension and anxiety level was too high and that time I thought I have serious issue and, I can't do anything in my life ect. But after he take off clopitab I thought now it's ok, but he continue zaptra and betacap for my anxiety and depression, After taking those medicine I feel preety much ok. But the problem is it's still continue from last 5.5 year just betacap reduce to 20 only, and the now I have some memory problem, confussion, lack of concentration, now please help me to get rid of from this med. thank you in advance

Sometimes as soon as I lie down on bed after 10min I feel both foot and palm numbness,sometimes cramping,BP will be always 105/68... Sometimes I feel lightheadedness... and foot and palm ll be cold.. V B12, CALCIUM are normal... vit D is insufficient.. I'm hypothyroid patient... take 88mcg tab for thyroid.. is all dis normal?

I have had cloudy vision of left eye for many years now that remains constant. I have recurrent headache, neck tenderness and vertigo that lasts for few seconds sometimes. Hands and legs feel cold sometimes. Are these nerve issues.

-Suffering from impaired balance weakness tinnitus fatigue fast heart rate vertigo. -ECG Echocardiography TMT MRI brain and MR venography CBC thyroid lft kft lipid profile all tests are normal. -Neurologist prescribed me  optineuron IM injection for 5 days( to be injected everyday for 5 days) -Optineuron injection ( thiamine hcl 100mg cynocobalamin 1000mcg riboflavin 5mg pyridoxine 100mg nicotinamide 100mg d-panthenol 50mg) -My question is optineuron injection safe to inject everyday for 5 days.

Hi .. I had little injury 5 years ago in my head right back Sided. That time I had no vomiting.. Then I ct scan was normal.... But now I am feeling discomfort when I sleeping..and pain is comming and ..my right hand and right legs are too week feels at night..like paralysis..but no pain..head pain is difficult..so what I do now please tell me..

Sir it's been 6 days since Dengue positive. Other things are fine.  headache is prominent Not going inspite of ultracet n dolo. Please 🙏 help
