Having dizziness and giddiness. While getting up from bed everything is spinning.some kind of vertigo checked with neuro doc he gave us vertin 16mg, strophil, nervtrix and also told us to take mri and mra brain scan. Reports impression are : tiny T2/FLAIR hyperintense foci noted in white matter of right frontal region, likely representing non-specific in aetiology.  Fetal origin of the bilateral posterior cerebral artery .  Non-visualisation of the V4 segment of the right vertebral artery, likely hypoplastic. Is it normal? All other are normal. Checked with ent also she told there is blockage and took cervix spinal xray also normal. Kindly advice is there is any issues in given above report's impression. Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from anxiety and depression since this covid started and I took medicine etilaam and pexcep cr 12.5 and it's fine now but last week when I was in train I suddenly had face twitching on the right side of my cheeks in the area between cheeks and nose and lips ...can it be because of gas or any other issues or it's normal in anxiety and depression..it's first time and I observed it today as well as I didn't eat for for 3-4 hours so I thought it's because of gas ... I have attached the picture of the area in which it's twitching or vibrating for few seconds Please advice

I got hurt in my left eye in childhood days. Since then, eye seems to carry impaired vision. For years I have been having episodic vertigo for few seconds, headache back of head pressure, distant blurry or hazy vision from left eye.
