Brain and Spine Problems

Sudden onset of headache since 3 days on the left side above the left eye at the same time of the day. It is severe sharp pain associated with nausea and sweating also sometimes. It lasts for about 10-15 minutes

Dear Dr, My cousin has been complaining about numbness in hands and pain in both hands which sometimes makes her get up from sleep. She has no strength to slice an onion and her pain shows up. She also says her sweat dries up and appears white powdery on her face soemtimes. Which tests do we need to take and what specialist we need to consult this with?

Hello Dr, Since Sept 20th I am having tingling in head. 26th September consulted a Dr and following prescription: Rejunexcd3 Pregabid NT 50 (During this treatment tingling was happening after 5-6hrs of wakeup)and continued till 14days then prescription changed to Rejunexcd3 same Betacap20 Pregabid NT-50 for 1 month approx. (Same tingling happen after 6-7hrs of wakeup) Meantime on 6th October I have B12 test and found 136.9pg/ml and brain MRI found normal and Vitamin D level also ok. After 2nd November consulted another Dr and he prescribed almost same but betacap two times Neruokind OD(1time) Pregabid(1time) Betacap Tr-20 capsule(2times) from 2nd November to 29nth November I was perfect not tingling at all but now from 29th November I start feeling tingling in head after wakeup of 6-7hrs even I am taking above treatment continually and meantime I checked B12 level again and found 412pg/ml on 26th November Why tingling happening inspite of treatment is it B12 damage ??? Or anything els

Hi Doctors, Unable to sleep proper few times in one month this happing to me. After recovering from Covide I got this problem. Some body parts moving automatically when I am going into sleep and making me wake up. Unable to sleep properly. Going to sleep at 2 to 3 pm because of this reason. No problem untill I am working full day. But when I am taking rest some or other body part having numbness or pain.

From last year I am suffering from pain in left side arm pit veins shoulder blade and muscles and veins in front side. Consult with Orthopaedic and neurology doctor. Taking medicine Maxmala , Vascorac q and Lyrica 75. After taking medicine pain goes, but after some time again feel burning. Can anyone suggest, whether it is muscular Or related to veins. Yes I have def. Of B12 and D3. Also HBA1c is 6.1

How much time one takes to recover from b12 deficiency symptoms like severe headache, pin and needles , tingling . My b12 was 80 in September and now it is 495 .

Hello doc, my sugar levels are in normal range and blood pressure normal. Sometimes I suddenly feeling lightheaded,surrounding looking something new, feeling of weakness and feeling of fainting. What it could be??? Is ct advisable to do once ???

My mother has problem sleeping. She tends to forget things quite frequently and often gets confused in otherwise simple discussions. This morning, after a troubled sleep, she woke up and had a major delusion and confused the maid with the milkman. She also complained of dizziness after that. The last year that went by has been particularly difficult for her mentally and emotionally given how my father passed away almost a year ago due heart failure. Are all these symptoms hinting towards a case of Alzheimer's? Or any other serious illness?
