Brain and Spine Problems

I have been diagnosed by orthostatic hypertension. Is it a cardiac issue or neuro issue ? My ecg, echo etc are all ok. Or is it a nerve issue ? Is there any test to check ?

My mom suffer a severe head pain problem when head gets cold then the pain start In winter season they can't sleep without cap In two days she suffer head pain please advice me some medicine

Having left hand fully pain from neck joint shoulder till end of fingers. Left hand elbow flesh area paining like non blood flows symptoms. Please suggest whom i need to consult whether ortho or neuro?

Area just below eyebrow  is twitching very badly  .I accidentally hit my head from backside on wooden bed week before but it was not painful at all and no external injury. Also  I was having ear infection same  side that is  right side week before  in middle ear and it got resolved after few days without antibiotics but I am hearing everything too  loudly now and pain sometimes but no redness seen bt doctor now. As for history  I was having slight upper lip twitching around  3 weeks backs which resolved automatically.I am not hving stress but yes coffee in the morning   so what could be causr .I am worried can it be hemifacial spasm or if not what other causes can be there.

My sister is in rml delhi neuro surgery trauma building doctors saying surgery need to be done pls assist. Pt started having pain 2 months earlier in back of neck. On 6th october pt returned from school saying she is having numbness in both limb upper and lower.

Last 15 days I m suffering wrist nerve pain. At the time of my delivery they put neddle In my left hand(wrist), they gave injection bcoz of that the pain occurred,I thought it will go slowly but now a day it's increasing.
