Hi doctor, i am 27 old, from past few days i am feeling ear ringing, tightness in eyes, shortness of breath, weakness, Unstablitiy of balance, lightheadedness, and sometimes problem in speaking nasal congestion. Anxiety. I smoke 10-12 cig from past 3 years and drink daily. My cholestrol levels are high, Hscrp is high and GGT levels high can this be liver or heart problem? I done stress echo 3 months back it came normal. Bp stays 145/95 What can be possible cause?

Hello doctor I have a lower back head pulsating pressure accompanied with palpitation like feeling 2 months back and doctor told it was occipital neuralgia.he prescribed medicines and I got relief, I'm normal now. but sometime I'm feeling strange dull electric pulsing pressure like sensation some where in my neck and chest it's in explainable can anyone help me out? I'm not able to understand what's happening. Also I have anxiety from last 2 months

Hi Doctors, After recovered from Covide attack 17.25. I took  covaxin vaccination after 110 days when I laughed very much after thrid day of vaccination, some line like thing went and hit my brain. At that time I felt pain like it pinned in brain. Next day I suffer with dizziness. Checked BP and sugar both are fine but sugar bit lower side 80 to 140 it is just 85. I was fine after two days dizziness. I was fine for 30 days. Now after second dose of covaxin. 8 days after covaxin second dose. Again suffering with dizziness Now it is more Both the ears are getting blocked head is heavy. Pain in one side of neck. Numbness some times. Pain in liver area some times. Unable to eat food. It's like vomiting sensation But no vomitings are coming. Today no vomitings sensation. Pain in leg Some times. Note:- If I take rest no problem is there. But If I sit and work with brain on system getting Dull and dizziness for 3 times in one days. Please tell what kind of food to avoid

All, I have been suffering from migraines with aura almost everyday for the past 5 days. I met a neurologist and confirmed that my MRI scan report for brain looks good. He prescribed me betacap tr 40 one in the morning and divatrend 500 half tablet in the night for 7 days. Then he asked me to take one more betacap in the night and full divatrend in the night. Will this prevent my migraines?

Can I take pand before food and inderal la 20 mg after food. I have prescribed inderal la 20 mg due to heart palpitations and dizziness and migraine like symptoms... however I am having some gastric issues also.
