Brain and Spine Problems

Plz specify the MRI report of my mother.These observations are there in the report..Do let me know at the earliest.

I have seen few articles regarding bloodclots in brain in Google from then it's making me worry can we have bloodclots in brain without knowing it or it will be sudden onset

My wife is facing huge burning sensation with little pain at both hip joint area. First the said  problem came with white discharge 1 & half ago, but after 6months the white discharge problem totally solved but the burning is occurring often from 1 & half years. We have consultanted Gynecologist, Medicine Specialist, Gastroenterologist, Orthopedic dr. in this reguard, but no improvement till now.

I got covid in April , a doctor prescribed ivermectin 12 mg 3 times a day for 5 days . After getting better I had my liver function test and kidney function test. Report was OK, I want to know can i get complications later in life. I had headache on right side of the head above the years, and ihave difficulty in moving my jaw and facial muscles of right side. Is this connected. Please guide me

I have started to take this medicine in the recommendation of my psychiteist , i want to know wether it has any side effect or not because i am feeling very very drowsy !

Suffering from a strange headache which happens back of head. Feels pain or lot of pressure inside. Remains throughout day and headache/pressure even spreads towards side and front of head. Parallely also started having body-balance issues throughout day and is at peak when this pain arise. Consulted neurologist. MRI of head and spine was clear. No head injury ever. No diagnosed reason yet. Started suddenly 2 months back. No stress, good sleep, daily breathing/stretching exercises but no relief. What can be the cause of this pain? Or any name for this problem?

I have a constant feeling of something heavy that is lingering on my head. Sometimes, I get a nerve/muscle pull like feeling on my head or at the side of the head or behind my ears. This feeling is constantly changing but most of the time, I have the heavy head feeling. I also get a feeling of neck pain sometimes or else at the lower back. The heavy head feeling does not continue when I am sleeping but it is only there when I am sitting. Any help?

From yesterday having severe headache, consulted a nearby clinic BP found to be 160/100. Since a year time taking medicines for hypertension and current medication is Cilacar T in morning and Concor 2.5 at night. Today the bp is 115/92. Headache is not subsiding. Having pinning sensation in hands and legs. Seeking valuable suggestions.
