Brain and Spine Problems

Got infected with Covid 5 months ago and hospitalised due to low Oxygen saturation levels. Getting cough and cold frequently and my body is getting tremors frequently and if I eat something and rest again they are decreasing. I am not understanding my problem...whom I have to consult a neurologist or diabetologist since my sugar levels became high during Covid because of steroids and suspecting low blood sugar...got CT scan 1.5 months back and diagnosed with mild hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration? Not using any medications now except for my B.P..by the way by B.P is 123/75. please suggest

Hello , i am taking keppra 500 mg twice a day as i have JME from past 15 yrs. I want to ask can i take Keppra substitue of Same salt if Keppra is not available ?

My friend consumed 20  rexipra tablet , she had just 2 time vomit as of now and weakness is there . Is there any long term bad effects will be happen ? What shall I do now .

I get mucus. Since brain secretes mucus. How can it be reduced. Does drinking less water help?. Is there a way to stop brain releasing mucus to the nose?

My uncle fall from running bus brain injury happened multiple hemmoragic contusion in bilateral frontal temporal occipital and left parietal lobes with mild perilesiobal edema. Blood clot and haemmorage happene so doctor done immediately surgery. Now he is open his eyes try to talk but not able to talk how many days for recovery please tell. These are ct scan report before surgery and 10 days later ct scan please suggest how much difference

I'm taking regular tablet Tonact ASP 75 mg. Now the problem is I need to remove my wisdom tooth and there ll be a minor surgery. Dental Doctor's suggestions are that I need to stop taking the tablet for atleast 3 days before the Tooth Extraction. And it is for controlling over blood loss. Is that okay? Can I stop taking tablets for 3 days? Will it be a issue or is there any option? Kindly Suggest.

Severe  Headache with eye blurry ness post typhoid. Pain that started heavily from scalp and all sides of head, slowly evolving from forehead to eyes and nose area inside. Contacted General physician & Eye specialist also (Normal eye sight but not related to headache) Reports indicated that patient has little low himoglobin (9.6) Negetive for DENGUE & MALARIA . Doctor suggested CT SCAN(PNS). Any suggestions from experts will be helpful and life saving. Please respond ASAP. THANKYOU

Hi, I am 36yr old, having 2 daughters 6yr and 1yr old. From past 15yr I am suffering from migrane, 1sided headache with various triggering reasons so far. But recently, to be specific after both the COVID vaccine(covishield) i.e from past 2months I am getting partial dizziness like rocking sensation without headache. Feels like my body is immersed in hot water and moving back and forth. A physician said it's Migraine induced dizziness without headache. Want to know whom should I consult for this? Life has become hell for me from 2months because of this. I have no idea what is triggering this every 2 -3 weeks once and takes around 3-4 days to feel normal. Please can someone explain me what's wrong with me? Thanks in advance.
