I'm having sudden pain in my back head( felt like it beats very fast) which last min 30 and max 1 hours, the pain mostly starting during mid night and early morning around 4 . While popping also when I pressure to poop I feel pain in back head.. during intercouse also I felt the pain..

Pain in left hand and around neck ,back Had this 15 to 20 years back and was treated for spondylitis and got cured in six month. Vitamin e tablet physiotherapy and neurobion injection was administrated

Helo, I have this sensation next to my left nose when I smile or move my lips I feel some what in that region. This first started when my lips vibrated for 2 sec a month ago then it disappeared then again it came today. I thought it is because of moustache irritation then I trimmed it felt ok it started again. What should be done is thing some thing serious ? I live abroad and am a fit active 37 year old male. I recently developed twitching in my right deltoid. The neurologist ruled out anything worrisome and asked me to continue with normal activities after a week. But the twitching still continues. Is it normal to go ahead with exercise and sports if the twitching doesnt stop?
