Brain and Spine Problems

All, I have been suffering from migraines with aura almost everyday for the past 5 days. I met a neurologist and confirmed that my MRI scan report for brain looks good. He prescribed me betacap tr 40 one in the morning and divatrend 500 half tablet in the night for 7 days. Then he asked me to take one more betacap in the night and full divatrend in the night. Will this prevent my migraines?

Can I take pand before food and inderal la 20 mg after food. I have prescribed inderal la 20 mg due to heart palpitations and dizziness and migraine like symptoms... however I am having some gastric issues also.

Hello, I am having chronic headache from past 3 months. The headache is always there. Sometimes the pain will be in face n some time behind the head and like this pain keeps on shifting. I hav consulted neurologist who suggested me Baga -nt 400 but I took it almost for a month but I don't see any improvements. Also showed it to ent and they gave sibelium.currrntly I am taking this tablet but still I feel not much of a help. I hav done mri and everything looks normal in that as per the doctors. Also I had deficiency in b12 and vitamin d for that I took the medication n now they are within normal limits Please help me here. I have attached the mri report too. Thank you

Hi dr. My MRI says Broad Base diffuse disc bulge is observed at  L4-5 & L5-S1 levels producing extradural compression over ventral aspect of the cal sac but not compressing lateral nerve roots. Can you pls explain what it means and how it can be treated?
