This has been happening for about 4 days now. I got glasses, is it because of this or something? Any medicine Any care

Sir i am feeling little tingling sensation on my left part of the brain , it feels like i can sense blood flow in my head and when i wear my eye glasses i feel vomitt feeling and when i put it off i feel okay but tingling sensation persists constantly . I am wearing low power classes nows and im not feeling any vomiting feeling. But little bit of tingling sensation on my left part of the brain just behind the left eye ...and sometimes in the middle of the left brain . Sir i need help is it normal should i ignore it or hat is this feeling? Why i am feeling tingling sensation ?

I am taking anti- epileptic medicines. My dose is gradually reduced.from valparin chrono 300 twice daily to valparin chrono 200 once daily and zapiz .5 , then .25 and now I have stopped zapiz. but after stopping zapiz , I am having a pulsatile headache and fear of reoccurring seizures. I m a Spinal TB patient? I m taking ethambutol from eight months alongwith others medicines. When should I worry that ethambutol is creating problems to my eyes ?

I m under spinal TB treatment from Feb 1 . From few days there is problem persisting in my vision. Doctor has recommended me nine months course of ethambutol. To till date nine months already passed. Can I withdraw this drug right now. If I withdraw , will it cause any problem to the effectiveness of my treatment? My OCT TEST is normal

Weakness in knee flexion and toe walking bilaterally. No weakness without resistance Weakness present with resistance against and with gravity Knee, hip, upper limb and all other movements have 5/5 power. This happened for the first time 45 days back. Had blood tests done. Electrolytes, TFT, vitamins all normal. Nerve conduction studies normal. Relieved by rest in 2 days. Happened again a week later. And since then happening on and off every few days. I noticed it happens every time I climb stairs up and down but not sure about it Not associated with pain, tingling, needles pin sensation.
