Brain and Spine Problems

Bed ridden patient after recovering from COVID , extremely drowsy, cannot speak much or open eyes for long, cannot sit properly since 2 days. Rest of the things can be understood while consultation

I have migraine for 5-6 years and my migraine is worsen every single headache passes ...i had headaches more then thrice in a week which ended after 6-7 hours after vomiting ...its been 2-3 migraine headaches i am noticing that inside my left eyes its paining a lot with continued in left whole face and neck too... my vision of left left is week (1.75) but during my pain i wasnt able to open my eyes ...whole day i got migraine and eye pain alottt ...what is this condition?

My mother's brain stroke treatment is going on . Doctor is giving medicine (blood thinner ) for clot in brain and some other medicines as my mother is suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure.Now  Her left arm and left leg has less strength . Kindly guide us massage and physiotherapy will work or not . At home we are givi light massage but for fast recovery if any suggestions?

I have anxiety disorder last 5 months taking medication for that since last 2 days I hvae severe nerve pain like burning band electric pain a gp prescribed neurozide-pb for 20 days yesterday i Taken at night but still not cured pain become increasingly and anxiety worsening

My doctor prescribed some tablet but still there is no relaxation in my numbness it is constant in my middle finger with mild pain and burning sensation..Merve conduction velocity test is normal..Now what to do..dont know..tell me which doctor is best for this numbness..I dont know whom i would consult now..As neurologist prescribed me some medicines and those were not effective

Since last 1 month, I have tingling in the left foot. It increases when I eat B12 foods like milk and milk products and eggs. What can be the reason? Any home remedies for this?

The patient is diabetic and hypertension along with some neuro problem. Asper last report FBS is 224, BP is 130/78 after medication. Currently he is suffering from vertigo associated with vomiting tendency and loss of appetite. He had been also suffered from allergy one week ago though it is under control after taking levosiz m and dermocal lotion. But now vertigo associated with weakness, vomiting tendency and loss of appetite make it difficult for him. Prescription attached.
