Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, I see a prominent but small lump on my fathers hand and wanted to know if that's okay. To give an update about his health, recently suffered from dengue and went unconscious twice during the same time with all the tests looks normal. So we went for a brain MRI and I have shared the report of the same and also shared the photo of the lump. Can someone help me understand his situation better?

In 2013 musscle biopsy done by nimhans showed two possibilities lipid storage and glycogen 2015 we have done musculoskeletal mri it showed muscle dystrophy I was OK in 2015 but now slowly slowly I am feeling week from month Also my SGPT STOT are 160 261 resp My doctors not agreeing with MD they said to do muscle biospy for second time I am fed up of all this. Not a single diagnosis going in right way There is no other option apart from MUSCLE BIOPSY?

Can you please tell excerises or breathing techniques or any techniques to remove vascular headache.

For eg: what will happen due to - mild hypomyelination of cerebral white matter? - mild hypoplasia of bilateral basal ganglia? - moderate hypoplasia of bilateral cerebellar hemisphere? - agenesis of corpus callosum with calpocephaly?

Hi All, I have been suffering from frequent migraines with aura for the past one week. Doctor confirmed that my MRI report is looking very good. He prescribed me betacap 40 tr ONE in the morning and Divatrend 500 HALF tablet in the night. I've been using for the past three days and no results/progress yet. Hi doctor i am facing involuntary shaking of body, like lip portion and chin, Hands shaking a bit, Balance problem like light headedness, While walking feel as if i will fall and loose balance, Ear Ringing, fast heart rate. Hi for the past two days am getting episodic severe vertigo and during that time am not able to focus on anything. Have twitching or pins and needles sensation also along with ear pain. Went to ENt doctor yesterday. Ear drums are good no issue with ear. Asked me to take sibelium5mg in night for migraine issue. I am already taking concor 2.5 for palpitation and esomeprazole for ulcer. Again i had severe vertigo today. Can someone please help is it related to brain. Left leg and hand weakness ,pain like numbness ,and nerves are visiblze in my feet iam afraid here climate is too cold

From oct'2016 i m facing headache and heaviness  in the right side of my brain after waking up from a nap or sleep. After 2 yrs in 2018 i experienced my right face is drooling and cheeks are swallowed and my face is very assymetrical. Also i have severe back and neck pain due to which i also experienced squint in my eyes and my eyes are very outwards than b4 with very sharp glare throught the day with blurriness. I have very very  sensitive eyes and ears due to which i couldnt sleep for more than 3-4 hrs.I have gone through regular eye checkup to numerous docs. but they said everything is fine. I have consulted neurologist 15 days before and she prescribed me nexdom and sebellium tab. I took those for 10 days but no effect at all. What should i do now? Which doc to consult? I am unable to make eye contact also bcoz of bulgy eyes.
