I am already taking concor 2.5 for past 2 months to control palpitation. Due to vertigo , headache and imbalance neuro doctor have given tryptomer 10mg and stugeron 25mg in night. If i search for tryptomer or amitriptyline hydrocholoride it shows lot of sode effects including heart attack and stroke. I already have anxiety. This is spiking my anxiety more. I got affected on viral fever September 25th and I took antibiotics for a week after that I recovered then after few days I feel like extremely tiredness and pain in hamstring and strengthens less am done with Blood culture test and CBC everything is fine even I took x-ray also my problem is not resolved till now , now I got 1:80 dilution in blood for typhoid o and H bacteria it's seems like mild but I don't what happening to me please help me out from this situation am requesting to everyone please
