Brain and Spine Problems

I have frequent headaches on one side of my head along with neck and shoulder pain. Could anyone suggest a good asprin for headache?

My brother in law was unconscious for some time in home and took him to hospital. On the way he came to normal state and he doesn't know why went to unconscious state. Doctors did some blood tests, ECG and MRI E and MRI contrast. They are suspecting that there is a tumor inside the brain. They told to us operation is required. I Am attaching reports here. Could you please check once and reply soon. This   situation is first time happened to my brother. Could you please tell the reasons for this cause. Please reply.

My niece, F 11 years of age has been on epilepsy medication for last 6 years. 4.5 years back doctors prescribed tegrital 200 mg twice daily and since then no epileptic seizure has occurred. Latest EEG still is interpreted by consulting pediatrician as no improvement and has referred a neurologist. Please advise what could be reason for no improvement in EEG considering there have been no seizure since almost 5 years now. Thanks in advance 🙏

I'm a 27 years old female, currently WFH & need to report on-site from December'2021. I've been experiencing sharp pains in my toes since 1.5 months. After examining my health checkup reports, the neurologist confirmed to me that I have vitamin B-12 deficiency & it appeared to be a mild case of peripheral neuropathy. So as prescribed, I have been taking Nuzen 1 tab & maxmala 50mg 1tab for about 2 weeks. I didn't feel much improvement in pain reduction, thankfully the pain didn't increase as well, but it was enough to make it challenging to focus during my working hours. So the neurologist advised me to take an ultracet only when the pain is unbearable & has replaced maxmala with maxgalin 75 1tab. I'm trying to understand how long it takes to completely recover from peripheral neuropathy in toes caused by vitamin B-12 deficiency (does it take 6 to 12 months as per what I came across on google?)

Hi, My father got this haemorrhage and stroke once in 2016 and once now in 2021. Attaching his report. He is conscious and drowsy but he is unable to move out of bed now. Pls suggest.

My mother was under treatment for myasthenia gravis and was prescribed wysalon & gravitor and was advised for LFT too.. I have attached her LFT reports i wanted to know if the reports indicate anything serious because she also complains of swelling in her legs and pain in her back. Thanks
