Sir i m feeling heaviness on right side of my head and also I have a feeling like I have to cry, pls help

The nerve on left side of head above ear is twitching...its happening regularly. The twitching extends to the left side of face pls guide why is this problem happening and give some solution

Hello Doctor, Today suddenly I woke up after experiencing acute numbness in left hand (from wrist, plam and fingers) and also kind of discomfort all over the hand and till the left side of the head.
