Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctors. Im suffering from a kind of difficulty or unpleasant discomfort attack since 10 year. The difficulty start suddenly and remain till the 30 to 1 minute and slowly I feels relief and normal, I never be unconscious during the difficulty attack. Im taking 2 medicine Clobazam and Lacosamide but still cured of problem. This difficulty doesn't detect in EEG In normal condition even long 4 hour only 2 time has detected in EEG, show abnormal sharp wave discharge from temporal lobe region and MRI report show 1.Ring shaped cortical/subcortical lesion with eccentric dot and blooming on SWI and calcification on phase images in the left hippocampal with minimal surrounding edema. Findings represent calcified granuloma most likely related to neurocysticercosis. Other diagnostic consideration is tuberculosis. 2.Volume loss and no definite increased signal of left hippocampus as compared to the right with slight dilation of left temporal horn. Findings are suggestive of left MTS.

Hi I am a software engineer. Many times I work for more than 16 hours daily. I cannot concentrate on other things. I am getting doubt that I have memory loss severely, please let me know how can I know that I have memory loss, are there any blood tests to know this and have treatment. I am confused as I am not able to find if its misconception or real?

Helo, I have this sensation next to my left nose when I smile or move my lips I feel some what in that region. This first started when my lips vibrated for 2 sec a month ago then it disappeared then again it came today. I live abroad and am a fit active 37 year old male. I recently developed twitching in my right deltoid. The neurologist ruled out anything worrisome and asked me to continue with normal activities after a week. But the twitching still continues. Is it normal to go ahead with exercise and sports if the twitching doesnt stop?
