Suffereing from obstructive sleep apnea head ace on cpap yet not controlled how to go about it do suuugest what to do

My sister has constant pain on the left arm from shoulder till elbow. She has survical pain often and does regular excercise. This lain is there for last 6 months. When contacted nearby physician, it was recommended that she should take some rest from current profession (beautician). However shoulder X-ray didn't show anything. She had also tested negative for thyroid. She had tried physiotherapy for once or twice but no help so far. Need further advise on this. Thanks.

Hello, In a day its happend thrice...we visited hospital last couple of months back nuero surgen after taken all MRI Scan and All Reports are Normal. Now again its happening like electric shock and fell down and water from mouth. Whats the cure with medicine...why its happening at this age?? Cure treatment??? Remedy for this??

My mom, age 48years experienced headache at one point along with double vision for a few years now 6 years to be precise. She visited a lot of doctors and everytime she told her symptoms the doctor just prescribed her specs and that's it. And we thought it will go on its own eventually... So yesterday she visited an eye doctor and she just saw her and told her that she needs to get an MRI done. So today we did an mri and found out that she has a (Well defined saccular iso to hyperintense flow related enhancing outpouching seen along intracavernous portion of right ICA attached with communicating segment (C7) projecting posteriorly and inferiorly. Suggestive of saccular aneurysm. Lesion measures 12.2 (AP) x 10.7 (RL) x 13 (SI) mm approx.) And (Hypoplastic P1 segment of right posterior cerebral artery seen). After seeing the reports I was shattered. Now I have absolutely no idea what to do or whom to approach... So doctors please guide me as to what steps needs to be taken next...

I have feel numbness in right leg thumb from last 15 days .not whole thumb but part of thumb.plz suggest.

Dear sir Every day I am sleeping  8- 10 hours. after wake up feeling sleepy tiredness low energy. In Sleeping in dreams I am groaning 20 sec unable to move and speak then I wake up. It will happen every month 2 times.  I used clonozepam 0.25 mg for 20 days but problem is not solved. After doing small work feeling tired sleepy. After wake up not feeling refreshing. Due to this unable concentrate my work.  This  problem from  last 6 years. So many doctors are consulted but problem not solved. My blood test, sugar test, thyroid test are normal. I already used vitamin D and calcium tablets for 2 months  but problem not solved. My MRI and EEG test also Normal.I am not over weight and I don't have  snoring. Kindly suggest permanent solution

I have a headache in the lower left back of my head since a week, I have headache frequently sometimes it has top right side of head and other side of my head so I want to know why it happens?
