I have vit b12 of 211 and vit d of 18. Can I take bplex forte tablet daily lifelong to get sufficient vit b12?

Please suggest to me heavy pain in leg and knee.. sciatica nerve leg to middle of bogy please suggest me good

I am feeling strange from few days , i went to a short cycling ride after that i felt little dizzy and weak, after that day i am feeling little lightheaded and getting twitches in body , and also feeling strange in arms and legs , but no loss in strength as i am able to perform good in gym. I feel little of balance as well , these things are making me worry whole day and I cannot get my mind to focus elsewhere, please help me.

My mother took second dose of covishield on 12 November. She is feelings heaviness, pain and pressure around her whole head area including the eye part. She has been diagnosed with migraine before but before taking vaccine pain wasn't there. Pain started on second day after talking medicine and it's been 8 days but the pain is not resolving. Please let me know who should we consult and what steps might be taken.

My wife had mild stroke after 15days of taking 1st vaccine covishield. Though there was no problem and she retained but still under medication. The doctor says it may not be due to vaccine but still we are worried and she is yet to take her second dose. Is it compulsory to have second dose or it can be avoided. What is the chance of getting another stoke if she takes the second dose. What precautions should she take.

While walking, I have balance problems and mild dizziness. Also I have neck pain and mild back headache on and off. I have tried Vertin medicine as advised by a Neurologist and no improvements. I can sit and work also drive without any issues. Can you please help on treatment for my balance issue . Thanks

I having feeling of very fast blood flow in the brain . A week before i had done blood test and my Vitamin B12 levels were 43 pg/ml. Please let me know what can be causes of so fast blood flow on both sides of head . I am having severe cold from past 36 hours . I am on hot water and ginger tea . Is it something to worry about ?
