Pain in head and neck on right side

Missed the dose of symbal 20 for 2 days
I have been prescribed symbal 20 and pregaba 75 by doctor.I missed taking symbal 20 for two days due to unavailability.will itcreate a problem? Also I want to slowly stop taking medication with doctors advice.
