Brain and Spine Problems

Due to accident I had depressed fracture in right forehead 15 years back. Now i feel occasional pain since last week.Today I had to take Paracetamol 650 to get relief. Please advise

I have this problem of giddiness ..which feels like i am going to faint ..or im moving even at rest ..i dont know why im getting this ..i comes suddenly ..some times it stays for longer ..sometimes it stay for 2 hrs or so ...i consulted neurologist also ..he said no vertigo...and gave some medicines for anxiety...now after using that medicine im facing drowziness too..can u please suggest what can be the problem..i have bp aroind 140/80 when consulted..no thyroid..no diabetes..got ecg done normal. Headache since last 2 yrs but severe from june 2021. Dizziness Weakness Sometimes nause and vomiting tendency Blurry vision I was under medication from 8 june named flunarizine its dosage was initially 5mg which was increased to 10mg. Now the medication is stopped.

1 day new born baby is having very small hole at the end of spine, so pedestrian told nothing to worry now will check after 3 months. Please let us know will it grow big in future and what are precautions we can take. Please find attached MRI scan report and hole image.

I had Medium Headache from morning to night today on one side of my head. This is the first time it happened from montning till night, though its not much painful but on one side. Doesnt have sensitivity towards lightor sound I usually have migraine headache once in a month which has sensitivity for sound and light. Sometimes i take Ibuprofrn 200mg.

Gabapin nt100 is better or pentanerv m 100 which one is better by less sideaffects and effective in medicine

I was prescribed Sibellum 5 mg for vertigo and ringing in ears once daily for one month. After taking the first dose yesterday night, the  heavy sedative effect is remaining still ( almost 20 hours ). Also experiencing vision blurrness . Besides I am taking Telmisartan+Cilnidipine and Bisoprolol for hypertension. Is this heavy sedative effect common for sibellum? Can it be taken along with other hypertension medications.
