Brain and Spine Problems

I have been suffering from strange sleep issues since long time now, i get effortless sleep during daytime but not in night no matter what, i have tried multiple times and avoided to sleep in daytime but even then i was not able to initiate sleep in night. What is wrong with me?

For more than 2 months, I am having regular headache, areas changes sometimes its back of head, forehead, upside of head. From last 10 days, it feels like my head is rotating, facings difficulty in vision when see anything continously. I got my eyesight checked which came out to be fine. Also, these days it has become regular when I fumble day to day words and unable to choose words to speak. Unable to figure out what is happening. Kindly suggest which specialist to consult.

What is therapeutic use of the third medicine in epilepsy? Are all the above medication safe to be used for undiagnosed epilepsy?

I am experiencing random twitches in my back top sides of head, sometimes on right and sometimes on left. It comes and goes, cycle continues. Gets settled when i lay down and close eyes for sleep but after waking up it starts again, it comes and goes.

What are symptoms of head tumor, and how do we have know about this as from last 10 days I feel like fainting and eyes feel black .I want to add that this happens only when I lay myself down for sleep. I have taken spinal Anaesthesia twice.

Everytime i get migraine with neck pain ..i have to eat headset...as headset is a dangerous tablet...pls suggest me a good alternative asap. My frequency is 3-5 times in 15 days.

In the age of 16, one day I was playing cricket and suddenly felt unconscious and fainted. I have no clue what happened after that, but my friends told me that in the floor I was shaking and froath was coming out of my mouth. I consulted a Dr. after that and he prescribed MRI and some blood tests. After this he prescribed me Levipil 500 mg BD and Lobazam 5 mg as a precaution as he couldn't detect any abnormalities . He said there could be possibilities of epilepsy. Since then I have been taking the medicine , but during May 2021 I started decreasing the dose of the medicine and stopped taking it without doctors consultation. Everything was going well I was attending my MBBS classes . But on 03.12.2021 I had the same attack as earlier when I was bowling this time. For both the incidents I have a conclusion that both day I hadn't taken proper sleep and I had played intensely. On the same day I started taking my medicines again and went to same doctor for consultation. He said same thing.

Since past few months i have pinching pain in the upper back when i bend down my neck or when i switch positions , what can be the cause? Can yoga and stretching exercises work or should i consult a specialist?
