Brain and Spine Problems

My head directly hit the floor. There is no pain, bruises and no bleeding. I am good. But, is there possibility that it could effect brain internally like internal injuries. I m worried

While working I lifted a heavy weight with wrong posture and suddenly, i feel sharp pain on my lower back and next time i couldn't lift anything. I started feeling sharp pain like shock whenever i try to lift anything.

It was two months back I got hit at the right side of my head from a door which was closed forcefully by my kid. I was having localized pain for a week accompanied by pain that I couldn't tie a ponytail or comb my hair. It was manageable after a week and  I started doing yoga after which I noticed sudden neck stiffness, dizziness., took muscle relaxants for 4 days which gave temporary relief so went for massage therapy and felt much better. Was using a rolled thin blanket below neck and head for sleeping. Just 1 day back I went out riding a bike wearing a helmet and also used a normal pillow for sleeping, don't know the trigger which aggrevated the pain, Again I'm experiencing severe neck stiffness, pain behind ears, tingling sensation at corner of left eye which gets blurry occasionally, Dizziness when I get up. Don't know whom to consult and suffering without a solution for more than a month.

He has sudden anger issue and sudden he forget what he is talking ... High BP , trouble sleeping.. as per other doctor blood clot 8n brain

I used to walk a lot, I've never had a problem w walking but from over a few months, my legs, lower back and hips hurt a lot while walking, my muscles get very stiff, and I feel like I can barely stand cause of pain, on sitting, I can feel pulses in my legs like blood is rushing to my legs and my hands and feet very red and become warm, what could be the reason for it? I have Celiac disease, fibromyalgia, dysautonomia, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and restless leg syndrome. Now I know this could be a fibro thing but walking has always been good for me in fibro and I was able to walk hours and now medications have been working well for me for fibromyalgia.

I have brain fog, mild neck pain and sometimes headache.Brain fog is my main concern. I have difficulty in concentrating, feel detached from world, feel like dreaming, some problems in recalling and remembering things. M really fed up about this thing, m not able to find the cure, please help me out asap. Thanks Ishant khurana

Hi doctor , could you please advise recently my brother got admitted to hospital due to liver damaged infection .parallely there was brain mri was also done. Doctor is saying it is brain tumor and need urgent radiation treatment. Could you please suggest what is this issue and what will be the best medication advise or treatment to be taken ?

My c5 c6 c7 disc protusion occurs and there is numbness in left side cervical region behind my left ear. How can i overcome it
