Brain and Spine Problems

Sir I have some headache vertigo problem and my dr told me I hve a problem named panic disorder ...plss help 🙏

Since last 1 month, m feeling very tired, tingling and numbness in both hands and legs, joint pan in lower back and both legs, crawling sensation in back, headache, wrist pain while working on computer. I consulted general physician and he asked me to test b12 & b6 deficiency test. My cbc count report is normal but b6 & b12 deficiency is severe. So doctor suggested to take b6 folic acid capsules for 1 month. Also he asked to take b6 and b12 injections every week till 5 weeks. Till now i have taken 3 weeks injections but still m having above symptoms. Pls advise what to do

So these recent days I am facing the problem of frequently bleeding from nose. It gets stop the moment I wet my head with cold water. Also sometimes at night I do feel a fire kind pain in my chest. Which again gest better of o just sit down for few minutes. Do let me know the reason behind this. Am I suppose to consult Haematologist or Neurologist.

Which variant of Gabapentin (NT or AT) is good for Diabetic Neuropathy for long term usage of 1 year, without much side effects? Different doctors suggested me different variant of this medicine. My diabetologist suggested me Gabapentin NT, whereas my Neurologist asked me to move to Gabapentin AT. I suffer from pin pricking, itchy skin, sleep disturbances and insomnia with fatigue. So pls suggest me the right option.

I am on NRT, having 5-6 gums everyday but I also meditate. Does nicotine in gums cancel out meditation effects? I don't feel my meditation sessions much effective these days. Additionally if not meditation can I still do breathing exercises for mental benefits?

Hi doctor j am 27 old, from last 1 year i am having bronchitis along with sudden feeling of spinning and loss of control with shortness of breath. I saw ENT doctor, he prescribed some anti histamines, but it resolves only till i am taking medicines then come back. I smoke and drink daily. Can you suggest if anything major?

We are from Kannur, Kerala state. In a Hospital in Kannur, my father aged 76 undergone a Bypass operation.  14 days after Bypass operation,  patient suffered cardiac arrest in the hospital room itself on 06/12/2021 Monday early morning at 3 oclock and after 8 minute CPR pateint taken to ICU. 72 hours after Cardiac arrest an MRI was taken and the report is attached herewith.
