Brain and Spine Problems

2 times I faced that problem..after finished my bath when I was stand-up for coming outside..I felt some Diziness ..heartbeats increased a lot and this time I got severe headche also ,I took vasograin and combiflame  ,still it was there and after 30mins massage it's gone.. So its due to gas geyser??

I am suffering from headache from last 4 months consulted nuro and all tests were normal including MRI now I found my b12 at 80 does this causes headache?

I have been suffering from strange sleep issues since long time now, i get effortless sleep during daytime but not in night no matter what, i have tried multiple times and avoided to sleep in daytime but even then i was not able to initiate sleep in night. What is wrong with me?

For more than 2 months, I am having regular headache, areas changes sometimes its back of head, forehead, upside of head. I am experiencing random twitches in my back top sides of head, sometimes on right and sometimes on left. It comes and goes, cycle continues. Gets settled when i lay down and close eyes for sleep but after waking up it starts again, it comes and goes.

What are symptoms of head tumor, and how do we have know about this as from last 10 days I feel like fainting and eyes feel black .I want to add that this happens only when I lay myself down for sleep. I have taken spinal Anaesthesia twice.

In the age of 16, one day I was playing cricket and suddenly felt unconscious and fainted. I have no clue what happened after that, but my friends told me that in the floor I was shaking and froath was coming out of my mouth. I consulted a Dr. after that and he prescribed MRI and some blood tests. After this he prescribed me Levipil 500 mg BD and Lobazam 5 mg as a precaution as he couldn't detect any abnormalities . He said there could be possibilities of epilepsy. Since then I have been taking the medicine , but during May 2021 I started decreasing the dose of the medicine and stopped taking it without doctors consultation. Everything was going well I was attending my MBBS classes . But on 03.12.2021 I had the same attack as earlier when I was bowling this time. For both the incidents I have a conclusion that both day I hadn't taken proper sleep and I had played intensely. On the same day I started taking my medicines again and went to same doctor for consultation. He said same thing.
