What investigation is usually preferred for head ace ct or mri know case of obstructive sleep apnea and has occupational history of expoure to allumiun since 10 year head ace not refuced by analgesics how to go aboutthis case

My uncle fall from running bus brain injury happened multiple hemmoragic contusion in bilateral frontal temporal occipital and left parietal lobes with mild perilesiobal edema. Blood clot and haemmorage happene so doctor done immediately surgery. (BIFRONTAL DICOMPRESSIVE CRANIECTOMY and CONTUSION EVACUATION SURGERY). Surgery done before 1 month date 10 oct 2021 and now after one month He is conscious talking walking with support but he loss his memories only 20 to 30 percent his memories remains. How long it takes to come back his complete memorie. Please suggest we are very depressed about his condition. This is the CT scan of 4 nov 2021. How many days to heal his swelling of head. Please guide
