Brain and Spine Problems

My son  is 1.6yrs old n he is under medication of fits diagnosed in aug 2021..he is taking zenoxa , frisium,brivazen ,vitcofol ..can i give him flax seed oil...for brain development n good health ..he is also suffering from constipation...flax seeds r good laxative so i wanted to give him this ...is it ok with these medicines ...

I am having limb girdle muscular dystrophy past 15 years..can walk slowly with support..last year i found using glucometer that my sugar levels are high...i am currently taking glycomet gp2 one before breakfast and one before dinner...is the dose too much for me...my reading of fasting comes 125 with medication....i really feel dizzy and lack of energy...also before, during and after periods i feel totally lack of energy..cant get out of bed.. please guide me.. thanks..

Dear Dr, My cousin has been complaining about numbness in hands and pain in both hands which sometimes makes her get up from sleep. She has no strength to slice an onion and her pain shows up. Hello Dr, Since Sept 20th I am having tingling in head. 26th September consulted a Dr and following prescription: Rejunexcd3 Pregabid NT 50 (During this treatment tingling was happening after 5-6hrs of wakeup)and continued till 14days then prescription changed to Rejunexcd3 same Betacap20 Pregabid NT-50 for 1 month approx. (Same tingling happen after 6-7hrs of wakeup) Meantime on 6th October I have B12 test and found 136.9pg/ml and brain MRI found normal and Vitamin D level also ok. After 2nd November consulted another Dr and he prescribed almost same but betacap two times Neruokind OD(1time) Pregabid(1time) Betacap Tr-20 capsule(2times) from 2nd November to 29nth November I was perfect not tingling at all but now from 29th November I start feeling tingling in head after wakeup of 6-7hrs even I am taking above treatment continually and meantime I checked B12 level again and found 412pg/ml on 26th November Why tingling happening inspite of treatment is it B12 damage ??? Or anything els
