What are the best medicines? Can it be cured permanently? It happened generally in night in sleeping condition. MRI is ok as well as all necessary reports are normal. Please suggest treatment.

Hello Doctor, I was on a call. Suddenly, I felt there is a pain on left side of my head and it was few more seconds. The pain was very sharp and quick. What could be the reason behind it. Is it because of some nerve compression. Before the call , I was working on system.

I have attached MRI report, in that it says mild diffused cerebral atropy. Basically my father had lithium toxicity as he was taking lithocent for around 15 years. Now when he is walking balancing issues are there. How to cure it.

When I had brain MRI before 6 months, there was a non specific t2 weighted ,hyper intensive foci. When I googled I saw something called Multiple Sclerosis could be one reason. I am feeling afraid because I feel my right body is stiffer than left. My right seems fatter than left and heavy. Everyday I see about MS , I am more afraid and feel like my dreams are about to shatter. Could you please tell if small non specific t2 weighted hyperintensive foci on left  is danger?

Sir I am suffering from weakness and headach frequently . 6 year ago I am taking coba dex fort as per doctor's prescription I stop that medicine two years ago. But now coba dex fort is discontinued hence doctor suggest me neurobian fort but after eating this tablet I feel dizzy please suggest me good alternative for coba dex fort

Hello, For the past 2 weeks, whenever I'm sitting still I feel like I'm fainting. I have never fainted, I don't have any headaches, just this feeling only. Whenever I'm sitting still, it feels like I'll fall on either side and faint (I have been eating and drinking water normally) What should I do?

Hi, I have been suffering from headache very frequently for one than a year now.. have consulted few general physician and they advised me to consult a neurologist saying it's migraine. I consulted a neurologist and took medication but nothing has improved. My headache remains for remaining 3-4 days and can go for a week. Please suggest whom to consult.

I was diagnosed with mild bells palsy last week I started the steroids and medication within the first 72 hours and the doctor declared that the symptoms are mild and it has only affected my eye (unable to close eye completely) majorly and the right side of my face is slightly non-functional as in I was not able to completely smile but it had not affected my lips or anything else visibly I feel like my eye is recovering slowly now that it's been 10 days of treatment and physiotherepy but every now and then my upper lip twiches slightly is this normal or is this a sign of recovery or should I be worried about it? Medications taken : streoids and antiviral and b12 suppliments Treatments: physiotherepy
