Frequent headaches
Headaches have been giving me a hard time for a couple of months now,it was not that frequent before.I don't know whether it's the weather or something else. I am getting headaches every second day be it after some continuous work, coming from some outdoor work. One of the most consistent symptom is waking after my evening sleep i.e If I wake up at 5pm or something I get a severe headache. During the headache I also get dark patches around my eyes and the headache only gets cured after a good night sleep. Anyone having some ideas about this problem and any suggestions on how to work on this problem as it's really hindering my productivity these days?
