Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, I am facing a typical kind of throbbing pain in my right side of my head particularly 3 cms near to the upper side of my right ear. I feel this when I turn, bend down and sometimes immediately like something is dropping inside. I am facing this issue since a week. And with that I feel there is a very light pain in my right ear and eye too. And it just goes off and I'll be very normal. The pain most often comes when I am bit hungry. When I'm ful then I have not observed that great pain. Kindly look into this and let me know the reason

Before 6 months , I got brain MRI and got t2 weighted hyperintensive foci on left.Its a small white dot in left middle part of brain. Doctor asked to ignore. But sometimes I get headache only on that area of my head on my left. Should I be concerned. Since the MRI, I am concerned if that white dot grows continuously would end up with some disability

I have facing problem with left side arm pit shoulder blade. Consult with many Orthopaedic and neurology doctors Even as per X-ray nothing found. Can it's could be a clot in veins as no pain in muscles and no pain in muscles. Only while touching feel shivering pain and some time feel current. No problem while sleeping. Already taking medicine methycobalamin. Can I get D-dimer test for the same

My father is suffering from trigeminal neuralgia from last one month..he is chronic patient of this disease.. but presently he is suffering from sever pain... currently we are taking treatment from Delhi government hospital from last month, they diagnosed TN and TMD both..so prescribed mazetol tablets, and Hifenac tablets.. and applied splint for whole day and night... Can someone advice us better..

I was in extreme health related anxiety due ringing in ears. Later I got dizziness which occurs mostly bending down or turning too fsst. Sometimes while driving in heavy traffic. Dizzyness would 2 to 3 sec. Doc tool MRI and was normal. Finally he told anxiety may be the cause of dizzy. He precsibed escitaloprám for 2 months so I took for first 3 days. Dizzy did not stop but had sleep jerk side effect so I stopped taking it. Should I still continue for month or any other solution to handle this. I need my dizzy to subside. That causing me more anxiety

Sir I'm Swarnalata dash age 45 I am facing problem in my right hand palm...I can't open my palm properly in the morning after get up... My right hand palm stay in a curve position like the photo.. After some time it's get okk.. Nothing happens in all day.. But after get up in morning my hand stay in this position...whne I try to open it feels pain. What to do...
