I m 26 years old and I am having Vitamin B12 deficiency and when I walk I feel discomfort and unbalanced. I feel like my brain is moving suddenly. These symptoms I am having from more than 6 months but they come and go. Currently I got to know that I am having Vitamin B12 Deficiency. I wanted to know , in how many days these symptoms will go ? Are these symptoms common in vitamin B12 deficiency? How can I be fit again like I was previously?
