Bells palsy
Hello I have bells palsy twice upto 2022 first it was in2013 and now it happened last week I visited neurologist he said it's dangerous if it again and again happened now I feel too much depressed and affraid  beacause of this if next time when it will happen like that now plz suggest me which precaution i have to take for my future my age is only 30 .

Bells palsy usually is due to a viral infection. Recurrent viral infections can happen. Bells palsy as such is treatable and curable, so nothing to worry. If you have persistent weakness consult a Neurosurgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
