Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctor , I am noticing headache which tingles for few seconds all over head . It changes everytime radiating please advice do I need to consult eye check up or some other issue

As I am suffering from pain on one side of head especially behind and little above right eye and right ear ,have congestion in nose ,water from the eye,runny nose and upset stomach...I have taken montair lc , typtomer and napra D .

Though I have used several medicines . migraine is not subsiding.can I use deworming tablet?and which medicine should I use? Will there be any result?

My sister has down syndrome and she's experiencing pain on the lower left side in back of head from 3 days. Her BP is also low. She has sensitive scalp and was complaining about headache last winter too. Could you please guide me what can be done to ease her pain and avoid hospital visit.

My brother had fallen from second floor , he was in ICU for 4 days and and he had lung damage lot of fluid came from lung but now it's fine ,but doctor got MRI and told that he has D12 L'1 fracture , they suggested us to join rehabilitation centre before surgery and they told us wait 4 weeks for surgery is it okay

I am having mild pulsating pain at the back of right side of my head and I can also hear heart beat in my right ear. The pain is mild and goes away on its own after a few minutes. Now the right shoulder is also paining a bit. Need to know the cause so I can take further consultation.

My mother is suffering from eye blinking problem from last 2 years .Her eyes are constantly blinking and she is not able to keep her eyes open. Doctor, I'm 14 years old. My weight is 98 KG and height is 5 feet 3 inch. Near about 20 days ago, I started to feel dizziness (sensation like one side was going up and another side was going down). Doctor prescribed me Cinnarizine + Dimenhydrinate for 14 days. The medicine was over to the day before yesterday. In yesterday (mean after stopping medicine for one day), i started to feel dizzy a little bit. So, doctor prescribed me Betahistine Dihydrochloride for 14 days. I took this medicine and I feel good now. But, for 8-9 days, I feel that my vision is tilted. I attached an image with the sample of my vision. Please note that I have myopic astigmatism in both eye and have keratoconus (suspected) on right eye. What is my problem doctor? Is something bad happended with my brain which causing the tilted vision? Please let me know, doctor.

My father his age is 65. He is suffered a lot due to sciatica nerve bulge in L4 and L5. He could not able to walk a long distance. Past two years he is struggling. From yesterday onwards his hip portion getting more pain. Not able to walk. Kindly suggest any medication or home remedy at present and also suggest treatment for this. Please help
