Cervical area pain
My mom who is 80 years old is having sharp pain in the back side of neck near both ears for last 20 days. No vomiting, no nausea. Minor dizziness when she gets up from sleep or from bed. No frontal area pain. Occasionally kut kut sound in neck when moving. She is a patient of osteoarthritis, dyspepsia, piles and had a heart attack 1.5 years and is on heart medications. Red spot with swelling back of neck. Pic enclosed. Can any one help. She is wheel chair bound. Taking razo 20, tab orofer xt and heart statins. Diagnosis any? Is it cervical spondylitis. Any serious. She can not go out fearing covid. Her spo2 was 98 and prbm is 68. Pain is sharp. Pls help

Cervical spondylitis might be there vut the redness on skin could be some infection.  U need to consult doctor directly.  Any physician in nearby clinic also is ok.
