You have cervical c5/6 disc causing nerve root compression Ideally if your pain is increasing in the left hand or you have tingling numbness kindly go to a nearby neurologist or neurosurgeon and take the medications and start Physiotherapy You can take tablet prothiaden 50 mg once in bedtime for 21 days for pain
