Suffering from Cervical spondylosis
I have been suffering from Cervical spondylosis last 2 months, causing of this I am having continue pain in my left hand, so please suggest what should I do.

Avoid lifting heavy weight. Avoid prolonged watching  laptops, tv, mobile. Take absolute bed rest. Avoid keeping pillows. Do neck muscle strengthening exercises/ physiotherapy
