Pain in right side forehead sudden sharp
Pain in my right side forehead pain comes for 4 to 5 second but pain is so sharp and my face and my head is effected also but my forehead right side vein become swelling on that area

The possible diagnosis could be migraine, V1 trigeminal neuralgia or cluster headache. An MRI of the brain would be helpful.
