Feel like Bugs crawling beneath the skin

I sometimes feel like bugs are crawling under skin at knee area. Only at night i feel. I feel it for few seconds then it vanishes. Little numbness can be felt. Majorly at knee i feel, not at other body parts.

Get it examined by a Neuro specialists for numbness. Need to know if there was any history of injury, local infection, skin discoloration, diabetes, whether it involves both the legs etc.. If it is recent and do not have any other above history and if it is not worsening, Vitamin B12 supplement may help.
