Sir, pain on neck and cause dizziness on mind and i visit neuro surgeon he gave me Thioact 4ng and Betavert 8mg pliz help any tips and any test to find out the conditions

My mother has been suffering from a severe head pain inside the back side of her head. Which happens whenever she suddenly moves her head or when she turns while lying on bed. As per her this pain is unbearable.

Muscle twich, fasciculation, tingling from last 3 months, pain in left arm and left thigh, sudden tremors and back pain. Sometimes shaking. My age 22 male I've had alcohol history from past 4 years I drink 4,5 times a month and also had 4 to 5 times masterbution from 2014

My son is 20 and underwent right hemicolectomy last year(May 2020) after which he was deficient on VIT B12 and currently takes VIT B12 injection monthly(he took them daily at beginning for week), Xtor-10, Aspirin 75, Neuro D from Neurologist and Cap Isotretinoin(thrice a week) from Dermatologist. Since yesterday he is having black stool issue and now it's almost 10 months since he is on Aspirin 75, Neuro D, Xtor. And Was also admitted for Dengue in between.

I have headache when i overthinking of something goes in mine mine and mine left legs pain alot I am really worried if its not something realated to storke Please help me out what can be the reason of this

Last 4 days back I got neck pain next I got relief but next day I got pain in neck & shoulder right side

He is on eplitetic medicines from age of 10. The disease is from 2 years. Mental development was very slow from childhood. He used to have fits. Later on after age of 15 he also developed bipolar disorder.He used to be violent  After, the above medications, there are no fits. Now, sometimes mood swing happens. He has a tendency of doubt. Sometimes he becomes too obstinate wanting something. Are the dosage of the medicines to be changed. Or same should continue

I always feel that something is crawling all over my head and face, fainting feeling and senselessness in the body. The senselessness is more in left side of the body. With every crawling feeling my mood changes. Moreover, I feel tightness in head with severe pain especially in top left  side. I am on psychiatric medication from last 5 years. But my problem isn't solving. Please anyone help me.

Dear Sir, My baby boy have 7 month, disease Hydrocephalus. I treat in semi government hospital. Last 5 Days. But no treatment at regular basis, doctor said in CFS fluid have infection. So after infection removed. Then process of shunt will start. Plz advice me.. is it correct for waiting infection stop or reduce. Then surgery will start. My baby is in very serious mode. Not response by eye, or listen my voice. Not response ny type of smile. Only see ny object regularly. Infection stop Waiting is good for him or fast Sergery is good.
