Brain and Spine Problems

I fel like I m in lift sometimes I feel floor is moving and sometimes feel like body going downward and something happens in my head. It continues for entire day untill I slept. I feel ok after sleep but as I start my day with regular house chores it happens. I'm a breastfeeding mother please guide

My son is 3.5months old, from One week I have observed nerve bulge on forehead (recently he got dehydrated due to diarrhoea and recovered) which is passing from soft tissue to forehead. I have consulted doctor and she said it's normal(prominent) still I am worried. Is that really normal?
