Brain and Spine Problems

I have vertigo.we checked with general physician,eye doc, neuro, ent. Also had mri mra scan and xray of spine. Neuro said there s no problem in mri and mra. Its bppv. Gave stropil 500 (2months) vertin16 mg (7days) nervtrix(2months). Ent said i have sinus which is not acute. Gave nasal drop. My ears are blocked on and off. Still i have drowsiness fr entire day, nausea, loss of appetite. I do neck massage and shoulder massage. Steam inhalation weekly thrice. I am working in computer. Please tell me is this normal for vertigo? Even though i am taking tablets im getting on and off head spin. Checked sugar bp all normal. Please advice

Hi28f...I was entering a shop in which glass doors were avail I thought it's open and tried to go inside but got hit by the glass door(which was open)very hardly on forehead and nose ....tears rolled out of eyes and felt too much giddiness as soon as I dashed the glass door ...sat for few minutes drank little water ...feeling too much head pain nose pain teeth pain eye's heaviness ...head heaviness ...feeling like sleepy...is there anything serious?for which signs to look after to go to emergency...Plz reply Tia...

I had one HRCT chest due to covid in June 2021 and then one CT chest in October 2021 since I had severe chest pain in chest for 4 months and during these 4 months, I had one Xray, so wanted to know if these scan can lead to any issues later in the life or the body repairs all the damage by itself ?
