Jerk at asleep
I am getting 5 to 10 time jerk as soon as fall asleep, before getting into full sleep. Recently I was in anxiety and took betacap for 5 days and stopped. 3 days After stopping I am getting this symptom. I am feeling anxious to go to bed. How to handle this

Likely hypnic jerks. Anxiety and stress can cause that. Treat the underlying condition.
