We are from Kannur, Kerala state. In a Hospital in Kannur, my father aged 76 undergone a Bypass operation. 14 days after Bypass operation, patient suffered cardiac arrest in the hospital room itself on 06/12/2021 Monday early morning at 3 oclock and after 8 minute CPR pateint taken to ICU. 72 hours after Cardiac arrest an MRI was taken and the report is attached herewith. Please find the attachment and may give your expert opinion

He must have suffered transient hypoxic insult but in MRI it is seen as old ischemic changes and age related changes. Without seeing patient & scans, it is difficult to give opinion regarding prognosis or condition of the patient.
