From last 10 days, it feels like my head is rotating, facings difficulty in vision when see anything continously. I got my eyesight checked which came out to be fine. Also, these days it has become regular when I fumble day to day words and unable to choose words to speak. Unable to figure out what is happening. Kindly suggest which specialist to consult.
