Brain and Spine Problems

I am consulting regarding some memory related issues I have been expericing .I have noticed increasing difficulty in recalling gernal knowledge and familier facts such as name of everyday objects,price of the products that I sell everyday which I understood may be related to sematic memory loss.These changes have been affective my daily functioning and causing concern,and I would greatly appreciate your on this.

My mother is suffering from Grade I Anterior Spondylolisthesis (L3-L4 & L4-L5) This means the L3 vertebra has slightly slipped forward over L4, and L4 over L5 all mg with moderate disc degeneration, spinal canal and foraminal narrowing and disc bulge with tear L5-S1. Please suggest necessary precuations to be taken, physical exercises as well as please suggest whether it can be cured completely with medichine and proper diet and physician routine or surgery is necessary. MRI report is attached fir reference.

I feel I am getting a jerk on my right hand face side. Though it is not visible but I don't know why am I feeling it internally. What it can be??? Is is just in my head or real? It started five days ago since the day I developed throat infection and common cold symptoms. I am really worried, won't I get normal ever? Nobody is even believing bcz it is not visible, i am just able to feel it.

Mild headache while watching a screen continuously and dizziness, and my left hand is getting heavy today

Can someone has neuropathy without burning pain ? Just with achy pain and severe fatigue ? Can neuropathy cause extreme fatigue also?

How to always keep brain young and powerful, I'm always forgeting things that I study so please tell me things things that could help me with forgetfulness and increase memory power regardless of age, i have a mental health condition called Schizophrenia, is it because of this mental issue?

Sir I am minhaz my age 21 I have some baldder issue like underactive bladder and after thst I see I have tremor that go away when I distract also I have stiffness that also go away when I distract but after 3 year now I have so much speaking issue thinking,and left repetitive movement issue and this can't go away when I distract so also in 2023 when I only have functional tremor I did a dat scan and at that time it came normal also after but symptoms progress and it's not stop and now my right side also effecting this and it same now but it's slowly progress and so is I have parkinson's or atypical parkinsonism because I heard it's not show in dat scan sir I am 21 I don't want to die please help me even finger tapping to slow and hesitant also my left side foot tap is no sound like sound problem and smell also please help me to diagnosis is their any better neurologist

I suffered vertigo I went dr take blood,urine culture and detect Vit D,Vitamin B12 Difficiency for one month My question only what can I can do Can I take or consult 2nd opinion. In sept24 I was consult neurologist in bhopal he also told for medicines.

I have symptoms of vertigo I feel like tiredness and lightheaded also even balance issue . I went to neurosurgeon and she suggested for mri of brain and spine . Please refer to the mri and let me know is this something related brain or what further test I need to do as it is affecting my daily life I am not able to go to work . I feel as if I am going to faint please suggest something. Vitamin D-8 and vitamin B12-1234 . I have this issue since from last 8 months and been on medication for vitamin and taken vertin and surtegon also but no relief . Visited doctors but still not feeling better. Please help

I am 20 years old boy I go to gym daily one day I took creatine just after drinking 2-3 sips I feel something different I was sitting my bpm before drinking was 78 and after 3 min reached to 164 and BP 160/110 . After 2 -3 days I started feeling pain testicles side in area continues pain current like feeling coming from testicles above veins to my stomach and continuous dull pain even on rest not doing. Back side of head also is paining also started suffering from brain fog and low concentration and learning power. HAPPENED THIS ON 18 MARCH BUT TODAY JUNE IT IS NOT STOPPING EARLIER MY SLEEPING BPM WAS 41-55 BUT NOW 56-69. AND COUNTINOUSLY PAIN IN MY TESTICLE AREAS DULL PAIN . I TOOK PAINKILLER FOR 5 DAYS AND PAIN STOPPED FOR 1 MONTH BUT NOW AGAIN STARTED. AND WHEN IS STAND MY BPM INCREASE BY 30+ DOING LIGHT ACTIVITY MY BPM IS ALWAYS HIGH BETWEEN 105-141.
